We make every effort to be available for non-urgent phone calls and questions during business hours. While patient care in the office takes the highest priority, we do our best to answer questions in a timely manner. Each day, one of our Nurses or Medical Assistants is available to answer simple medical questions concerning your child’s health. If a doctor’s input is needed, the message will be passed on and addressed as soon as possible. Another way to contact our office is through the patient portal. The portal allows communication via email or smart phone in an effort to improve the doctor patient relationship. Please understand that is very difficult to handle some problems over the phone, and there will be times when an appointment is needed to appropriately address your concerns.
