DR. KAREN ACKLEY
Dr. Karen Ackley is originally from Old Town, Maine. She attended Colby College in Maine where she earned her B.A. in biology. She moved to Florida after college and completed her medical school training at the University of South Florida. Dr. Ackley then continued her medical education at USF where she completed her residency in Pediatrics. Prior to joining Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, Dr. Ackley spent time working in both Pediatric private practice, as well as in Pediatric Urgent Care settings. As a Board Certified Pediatrician, she specializes in both the acute and preventative care of our pediatric patients. Dr. Ackley is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the American Medical Association.

DR. MARK BILELLA, M.D.
Dr. Mark Bilella is originally from New Jersey. He then moved to Washington D.C. to complete his undergraduate work at Georgetown University. There he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology. He then went on to receive his M.D. from New Jersey Medical School before moving to Tampa, Florida in 1999 to pursue a residency in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics at the University of South Florida. He now is an active participant in numerous community associations and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Physicians, the American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Medical Association. Currently, he is a Voluntary Clinical Faculty member at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in both departments of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine.

DR. FRANK DEMERY, M.D.
Dr. Frank Demery, Jr. was born in Miami, Florida and traveled to North Carolina where he studied pre-med at Duke University. There he received a Bachelor of Science in both Biology and Psychology. Subsequently, he returned to Florida and received his M.D. from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa. After graduation, he remained at USF in the combined Internal Medicine & Pediatrics residency program. During his residency training, he has generously volunteered in medical missions throughout several underdeveloped villages in both Honduras and Guatemala. Today he resides in Tampa participating in many community activities and is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Physicians, the American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Medical Association. He also acts as a Voluntary Clinical Faculty member at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in both departments of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine.

DR. ALLISON HULL, D.O.
Dr. Allison Hull is originally from Parkland, Florida. In 2000, she graduated from the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition with honors distinction. She then moved to Des Moines, IA where she completed her medical education training at Des Moines University. After graduation, her journey then led her back to Florida where she completed a dual residency in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of South Florida. During her final year of residency, she was selected to serve as chief resident in both Internal Medicine and the combined Medicine-Pediatrics residency programs. In 2009, she was invited by her peers and faculty physicians to become a member of The Gold Humanism Honor Society. This award honors physicians who exhibit outstanding integrity and humanism in medicine. Dr. Hull focuses on preventative, primary care medicine for patients of all ages. She currently resides in Tampa and is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Medical Association, and American Academy of Physicians.

DR. ALYSSA ZWARYCH, M.D.
Dr. Alyssa Zwarych is originally from Sacramento, CA. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Molecular Biology and Microbiology at the University of Central Florida. She moved to historic Charleston where she received her MD degree at the Medical University of South Carolina. From there, she completed her residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of South Florida. After finishing residency, she was appointed Chief Resident of both Pediatric and combined Medicine-Pediatric residency programs. She specializes in personalized care for patients of all ages. She is actively involved in the Tampa community and is a member of American Academy of Pediatrics, American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Medical Association.
